🌅 Morning Check-in
Each morning, note which centers are activated by today's transits. Activated centers can feel more "on" or energized than usual — even if they are normally open for you.
🔮 Planning with Transits
When the Sun or Moon activates a gate that completes one of your channels, that day can feel especially supportive for the themes of that channel.
⚡ Collective Energy
Transits affect everyone simultaneously. Heavy gates like Gate 36 (Crisis) or Gate 47 (Oppression) can cause collective unrest when activated by slow-moving planets.
What Are Human Design Transits?
In Human Design, transits (also called the "neutrino ocean" or "cosmic weather") refer to the daily movement of planets through the 64 hexagrams of the I Ching wheel. As each planet occupies a specific gate, it temporarily activates that gate's energy in the collective field.
Unlike personal chart readings which are fixed at birth, transits are constantly changing. The Moon moves through all 64 gates approximately every 28 days. The Sun takes about 365 days to cycle through all gates. Pluto can stay in a single gate for many years.
When a transiting planet activates a gate that completes one of your personal channels, it can feel like a temporary "boost" in that channel's energy. Conversely, transits can also activate gates that create tension with your defined centers.
How to use this page: Check the daily transits each morning. If you're a Projector and you see the Sun activating a gate that completes one of your channels, it may be a good day for that channel's themes. If you're a Generator and you see your sacral channel getting activated in the transits, you may feel extra energized today.
